pre-visit

Once you book a consultation, you'll receive an email prompting you to create an account with the Aesthetic Record, the program we utilize here at REN. On this portal, there will be brief medical questionnaires and consents for you to browse through. The first consultation is for us to meet, assess and discover your beauty goals in the comfort of our gorgeous boutique studio.

during your appointment

Once you've arrived at REN, you can make yourself at home, grab a coffee or sparkling water from our fridge while you wait to meet your injector. During your consultation, we will discuss your goals and together create a personalized treatment plan. You can then receive treatment that same visit or come back when the timing is right for you. We believe in a no-pressure environment; your comfort and safety are always our number one priority!

post-visit

Following treatment, you will receive post-care instructions to follow at home. Your injector will text/call you after your visit to ensure your questions are answered.

We highly encourage clients to come back in for a two-week follow-up to make sure we've achieved your desired results!
